A scenic mini-falls by the 26th Street bridge over Fountain Creek was marred this week by a couple of shopping carts that had wound up in the water. Dragging them out may be part of the workday Saturday, Dec. 17 at 9 a.m. by the Organization of Westside Neighbors (OWN), which has adopted both the creek and the nearby Midland Trail segment between 25th and 27th streets.
