Department of Human Services (DHS) employees and volunteers joined to provide 280 presents for needy children in the annual Christmas for Kids project Dec. 2 at the DHS offices off Spruce Street. In the background are a couple of the 100 or so festively decorated four-wheelers that helped deliver the presents.
