Issue of grandparents raising their children's children topic of OCC Library talk Oct. 24

       A local writer will talk about the phenomenon of grandparents raising their children's offspring Saturday, Oct. 24 from 4 to 5 p.m.at the Old Colorado City Library, 2418 W. Pikes Peak Ave.
       “In a time when drug addiction is on the rise and families are left to protect the children caught in the middle of the mess, three-time- published author Elizabeth An Beasley invites you to come be inspired by her story of 'everyday miracles' that can be when we say 'yes' to our babies' babies,” a press release states.
