New boutique shop in Old Colorado City Bella Boutique recently opened at 2501 W. Colorado Ave., Suite 101.The retail shop specializes in clothing, jewelry, shoes and kid items. “I love the atmosphere,” said owner Amanda White, who previously ran a boutique in Kansas for three years. “The people and businesses are like a close- knit community.” The business is open daily.
