Consisting of 35 recently built homes by 20 area builders, the Parade costs $10 per person (free for ages 17 and under) for a chance to ask questions and see the interior of each home. Tickets are available at any of the homes on the tour.

The Gold Hill Mesa addresses are:
- 1618 Gold Hill Mesa Drive (CreekStone Homes) - 3,425 square feet, asking $489,000.
- 1578 Gold Hill Mesa Drive (Hi Point Home Builders) - 3,854 square feet, asking $499,600
- 1593 Gold Hill Mesa Drive (JM Weston Homes), 2,384 square feet, asking $335,000.
This is the fourth year on the tour for Gold Hill Mesa, a 210-acre residential/commercial development that is one of the largest in the Pikes Peak region.
Gold Hill Mesa Drive was extended last year to South 21st Street.
