26th Street Market plans chili cook-off

       The 26th Street Market is planning a chili cook-off Saturday, Aug. 26.
       Cash prizes will be awarded, according to JEI, the company that organizes the weekly craft fair/produce market in Vermijo Park off 26th Street.
       The winner will be decided by a vote of attendees at the market that day.
       The deadline for entries is Monday, Aug. 21.
       The 26th Street Market is open Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. This is its first year at Vermijo after several years as a crafter-only market in Bancroft Park.
