Water-line break closes 30th Street; repairs to be done by July 23 A water-line break July 22 forced a full closure of 30th Street between King Street and Glen Eyrie Circle.Colorado Springs Utilities is working on the problem; a worker at the scene said repairs would continue into the night, with the probability of the road reopening by Saturday, July 23.
