Ride for the Brand at Norris-Penrose June 29

       The annual Ride for the Brand Championship Ranch Rodeo will again feature working cowboys from different ranches Saturday, June 29.
       Starting at 6:30 p.m., the event will be in Penrose Stadium at the Norris-Penrose Events Center, 1045 W. Lower Gold Camp Road.
       Cost of admission is $10-$20 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-11. Tickets are available online at norrispenrose.com or at the Norris-Penrose ticket office.
       At 4:30 p.m. will be a “cook-off” by seven chuckwagons. Meal tickets are $20 (ages 11 and under get free hamburgers) and can be purchased onsite or online.
       A dance and awards will follow the rodeo, with live music by the Atomic Fireballs.
