The latest of new seasonal banners by the Old Colorado City Associates (OCCA) merchants adds color to a signal pole at 25th Street and
Colorado Avenue. The design is one of several summery scenes that have appeared since Territory Days. OCCA started putting up seasonal
banners this year.
