An article in the May 20 issue of the Westside Pioneer asked for help identifying some of the state and local political leaders in a
photo taken at the parade during the first Territory Days in 1976. A recent call from Robert Shoop identified the man walking
next to Dave Hughes (far left) in the picture. He is long-time Jefferson County state legislator Joseph Schieffelin. Still unknown in
the picture are the man fifth from the left (noting that Schieffelin is third from the left); the first name of the Clark brother, sixth
from left; and the man seventh from left. If you recognize any of these people, please let us know at 471-6776.
