Sheep-dog herding added at Rock Ledge

       The Rock Ledge Ranch Historic Site has made a late addition to its opening-day schedule Saturday, June 2: sheep-dog herding.
       According to a ranch release, AKC herding judge Cathy Balliu “will put her dogs through the paces of a herding trial” hourly from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.”
       From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the barn will be the previously announced sheep-shearing activity and wool-weaving demonstrations.
       The full opening day will last until 5 p.m.
