Thrift shop opens in 2600 block of avenue in Old Colorado City Offering a variety of second-hand items, Hart's Thrift Shop recently opened in the commercial center at 2616 W. Colorado Ave. #23, in Old Colorado CityThe store sells gently used clothes, shoes, accessories, jewelry, toys, collectibles, items for the home, knick-knacks and “a little bit of everything,” according to the owner, Hart Navarro. The inventory changes on a regular basis, she added, and she accepts consignments. Hart's is currently open Wednesday to Sunday, but will be open daily in the summer. Coming from a military family, Navarro has 18 years experience working in retail, three in Colorado. She previously worked in Alaska, Georgia and Tennessee (Nashville), including five years as a private investigator.
