City Code seminar at Trading Post

       For the first time in five years, Colorado Springs Code Enforcement will host the quarterly state seminar for code officers Thursday, March 13 at the Garden of the Gods Trading Post conference room.
       More than 60 officers from 15 jurisdictions are expected to attend the all-day gathering.
       Two of the main issues will be gangs and grafitti, according to Dave Pitts of City Code Enforcement.
